How We're Helping Our Community
Door-to-Door Outreach
Emergency Care Packages
Each family receives a customized care package with food, water, medical supplies, and household essentials based on their specific needs and household size.
Vulnerable Population Focus
We prioritize seniors, families with young children, people with disabilities, and those living in the most affected areas, providing extra support where it’s needed most.
Multiple Connection Points
We’ve established convenient drop-off locations throughout Cornwall Mountain, making it easy for community members to access supplies or contribute donations.

Our mission is to SUPPORT, EDUCATE, and UPLIFT Jamaican communities.
The Hugh James Foundation, rooted in Cornwall Mountain, Westmoreland, Jamaica now operates School Support Jamaica as part of its commitment to education. In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, the foundation’s focus was on urgent relief helping schools recover by restoring safe classrooms and providing essential supplies so students can continue learning. Our mission continues to help schools across Jamaica.
